Part 1: Terms of sale.
1. Please order using the Item number listed and the description of the item and the price.
2. All items are guaranteed genuine. All items have a five days return privilege. Coins or other items removed from the holders are not refundable. Shipping & Insurance is not refunded. There is also a 15% Restocking Fee for returned.
3. UNITED STATES, Postage and Insurance, the package is mailed with Priority Mail with the appropriate amount of Insurance (orders up to 50.00 is sent regular postage and insurance) .
If you need the order to be sent in a hurry, we can send it express mail or FedEx it, ask us for the extra charge amounts.
The figures in the chart below is base on packages weighing up to 1 lb. (16 ounces) when sent by Priority mail. If the package weighs more than 1 lb. (16 ounces) we will give you the correct amount for the Postage.
On heavier items such as Antique Bottles and other items, cost more to ship.

4. CALIFORNIA
(U.S.) Orders from California addresses,
add 8.25 % Sales Tax.
5. OTHER COUNTRIES: All orders outside the United States will be sent at your own risk. It is recommended that you have the package Registered. For Registering the package add $ 7.25 to the air postage.
We will let you know what is the correct amount for Air Postage. The following chart will give you an idea what it may cost.

6. We accept Checks, Money Orders, VISA, and, MASTERCARD. New customers ordering the first time with us with a personal check may have to wait for the check to clear the bank. Make Checks or Money Orders payable to: 31 Centuries. We only accept checks in U.S. Dollars.
When ordering by credit card, we also need the billing address (your address that your credit card statement is mailed to).
For people in other countries that have a U.S. mail box from which the items is sent to your country address, we need to know your country address too.
7. All items will be mailed out as soon as possible. Sometimes some items are sent to us by our suppliers only when there is an order, so sometimes it may take an additional week to get the item.
8. On Returned items -- Shipping is not refunded and all returned items will have 15% Restocking Fee subtracted from the item amount.

Note: You can E-mail us before you send the order to find out if the coins or items are still available and to reserve them for you. This way you will have the correct total price on the order and to reserve the coins or items you want to prevent them from being sold to someone else.
