Denmark 1894 25 Ore A vintage antique Danish silver coin of the 19th century Obverse: The Danish King Christian IX "CHRISTIAN IX KONGE AF DANMARK VBP 1894" next to the date is a heart mint mark (struck at Copenhagen). Reverse: dolphin or porpoise and barley ear with a star at top and "25 ORE". The coin is 115 years old. One time in the past the coin was cleaned with a brush, so there is some hairline scratches on the obverse mostly noticable under high magnification as shown in the enlarged picture. 2.4200 grams 0.6000 Silver = .0467 oz.
