Ordering and Terms of Sale
Part 1. Shipping Information:
1. UNITED STATES -- the package is mailed with Priority Mail with the appropriate amount of Insurance.
The figures in the chart below is base on packages weighing up to 1 lb. (16 ounces) when sent by Priority mail. Most medals, pins, badges weighs only ounces. So if you could order several items of militaria and it may still be below 1 lb.
If you need the order to be sent in a hurry, we can send it express mail or FedEx it, ask us for the extra charge amounts.
If you also ordered other type of items from our website such as Antique glass or stoneware bottles, the cost of shipping will be higher due to most of those type of items weighs more than 1 or 2 pounds. In those cases, If the package weighs more than 1 lb. (16 ounces) we will give you the correct amount for the Postage.
Amounts given below are for packages weighing less than 1 pound.

2. OTHER COUNTRIES:
All orders outside the United States will be sent at your own risk. It is
recommended that you have the package Registered. For Registering the
package add $ 7.25 to the air postage.
We will let you know what is the correct amount for Air Postage.
Part 2. Payment Information:
1. FOR ORDERS FROM THE UNITED STATES:
We accept the following payments:
Money Orders -- We only accept Money Orders in U.S. Dollars. Make the Money Order payable to: 31 Centuries With Money Orders, the package will usually be shipped out the next business day. Exceptions -- If the Money Order arrives on Friday or Saturday, the package will be mailed out the following Monday. Also if there is a Postal Holiday or if we are out of town, then it will be shipped as soon as possible afterward.
Personal Checks -- We only accept Personal Checks in U.S. Dollars. Make Personal Check payable to: 31 Centuries The package will be shipped after the check cleared the bank, usually after 7 to 10 business days.
Credit Cards -- We accept only VISA and MASTERCARD. When ordering by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address (the name and address that your credit card statement is mailed to). With Credit Cards, the package will usually be shipped out the next business day. Exceptions -- If the order arrives on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the package will be mailed out the following Monday. Also if there is a Postal Holiday or if we are out of town, then it will be shipped as soon as possible afterward.
PayPal -- We accept PayPal payments in U.S. Dollars. We can only ship to your PayPal certified address. We will not ship to other address that is not PayPal certified. The package will usually be shipped out the next business day. If the PayPal payment arrives on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the package will be mailed out the following Monday. Exceptions Weekends and Postal Holidays, or if we are out of town.
Note: Orders from CALIFORNIA -- Orders from California addresses, add 8.25 % Sales Tax to the amount of the items ordered, do not include the shipping amount when calculating the CA Sales tax amount.
Note - For people in other countries that have a U.S. mail box from which the items is then sent to your country address, we need to know your country address too. And we can only accept payments mentioned below in "other countries"
2. FOR ORDERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES:
We accept the following payments:

Cash -- We also accept cash in U.S. Dollars. But the risk is yours in sending cash through the mail. We are not responsible for cash lost or stolen in the mail.
Part 3. How to Order:

Note: You can E-mail us before you send the order to find out if the military item or other items are still available and to reserve them for you. This way you will have the correct total price on the order and to reserve the items you want.
All items are guaranteed genuine. All items have a five days return privilege. Items must be in the same condition and unused or refund is voided. All Shipping & Insurance related charges is not refunded. There is also a 15% Restocking Fee for returned.
